S H I P P I N G & RETURN

All parcels are sent via Australia Post.free shipping per order. Once each parcel is dispatched, the customer is emailed the tracking number and their parcel is trackable via www.auspost.com until it arrives to the specified postal address. Each first delivery consist of a return post if required, paid for By Villamar Couture and valid return within 7 working days of receiving the package. Upon the arrival of your order, all items must be inspected for you to ensure the items delivered match your order. As each item are custom made if size is incorrect please contact Villamar Couture at info@villamarcouture.com.au for approved return and will replace any product required. An assessment by our team must be conducted for each product when return is requested before the go ahead of return/refund or replacement, allow upto 2-4 weeks for a replacement of each product including shipping, Villamar couture will contact each client with updates to their replacement or refund within this process timeframe. We will notify each client regarding their order.

Note each products/items are custom made not available in ready to wear sizes so please notify Villamar Couture regarding sizes, and allow 2-4 weeks for each item to be despatched from ordered time, so if there are events that you require product please allow time and plan ahead.
