Each product are Custom-Made and note that it takes time to create our unique pieces and you can request items to be changed from original designs or any information regarding garments/product just simply call us Monday-Friday 9am-5pm on +61405225979 Perth/Australia time. Or email us firstname.lastname@example.org at anytime. And will reply to your query as soon as we can.
M A D E – T O – O R D E R
Villamar Couture designs are unique and individual, you can request for garments/pieces to be changed from original designs just simply contact us email@example.com prices may vary so get a quote before a go ahead, as well as viewing our wide range of colour swatches before placing an order. All designs are produced on a made-to-order service in the colour, print and size of your choice within our available range. Each garment has a production time frame of 2-4weeks from ordered time so please don’t hesitate to contact us for product information and timeframe as we may be able to fast track garments depending on season and time. An order can be placed through our collection range, phone or email and production commences once your order has been fulfilled.
A confirmation email will be sent to you within 48 hours from the time of your order to notify you of your postage date. Once your parcel has been posted your tracking number will be emailed to you, so you can track your parcel from the moment it leaves our studio until it arrives to your specified postal address.
All Garments on our website are designed by Villamar Couture, all the design can be purchased as they are or can be changed if requested. Prices may vary depending on product and changes. Please note that not all product can be changed so contact us if you have any query about a product. However, if product need changes from receiving please contact us and our team will evaluate the product and we can offer an alteration service from our studio if need be, note that any changes not agreed/approved by both Villamar Couture and client will be charged accordingly. Our styling consultants can help assist you with the design and colour choice suited to you, as well as giving their recommendations on beauty and accessory styling to complete your look from head to toe. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure of choices and we are more than happy to assist with your query.
Our products are sourced locally and internationally. Note that each product are seasonal designs and are only available on a limited stock. Once product is out of stock we will notify clients through our E-boutique range until further notice. We never want to see our selection discontinued but in the case of this happening we want to assure you that we will do whatever we can to come to a happy conclusion. Each collection are only available for a seasonal timeframe and may change overtime so if you are interested in a garment please don’t hesitate to make an order as we can’t promise that items can be repeated or reproduced, some items can only be available as a one off design.
